PTA is a fully automated wastewater pretreatment system designed for municipal, residential and industrial infrastructure projects where stable, reliable and low-maintenance operation is required prior to biological treatment. Delivered as a factory-assembled, containerized plug-and-play solution, the system minimizes onsite civil works and installation time. PTA is intended for projects demanding high operational efficiency, predictable performance and reduced manual intervention.
Containerized Plug-and-Play Solution
The PTA system is delivered as a fully integrated, factory-assembled module housed in a 20ʼ high-cube (HC) container. The system incorporates mechanically and automatically cleaned screens, an automated screenings and grit removal system, a hydraulic shock dissipation chamber, emergency manual screens, and a factory-integrated electrical and automation control panel. All components are assembled, tested and fully integrated at the factory, ensuring consistent quality and reliable operation. Thanks to the plug-and-play design, no on-site assembly of process equipment is required. Installation is limited to connection to power supply and process pipelines, after which the system is ready for commissioning and operation.
